Job summary

Questeq is seeking an Administrative Application Analyst for the Carlynton School District in Carnegie, PA. You will administer and maintain a subset of software applications and provide state mandated reporting support.

The role focuses on district SIS support, data extraction, cloud and on-premise integration, and troubleshooting escalations across tiers. A 4-year degree and 2 years of enterprise app experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with SIS platforms, PowerSchool preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Ability to train small groups (5–30 people).

Responsibilities

• Provides SIS technical support and submission of state mandated reporting as designated by the district.
• Maintains and troubleshoots software platforms and datasets supporting district functions.
• Creates data extractions and reports for administrators.
• Coordinates with partners to escalate and resolve application issues across tiers.
• Manages daily help desk queues and ensures adherence to response thresholds.
