Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, user accounts, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace for Education and related apps.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
• Experience supporting Chromebooks or other endpoint devices.
• Understanding of identity management, permissions, authentication, and information security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize priorities, document work, and solve problems independently.
• Commitment to customer service and helping students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical support point for faculty, staff, students, and administrators.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, Chromebooks, printers, and classroom tech.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of technology assets.
• Support Google Workspace applications and Google Admin Console.
• Assist with PowerSchool and other SIS platforms and data integrations.
• Maintain security controls and backup for school systems.
• Collaborate with Director of IT on planning and projects.
