Appone is seeking a Specialist of Education, Grants & Programs to support planning and execution of educational initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of project coordination experience, with preferred Master’s in public health or related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience.
  • Experience hosting live virtual events via Zoom or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and track deliverables for educational activities.
  • Host live virtual events via Zoom, manage registrations, polls, and tech support.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and funders.
  • Create e-learning materials and trainings on the LMS.
  • Arrange travel logistics for staff and faculty as needed.
  • Draft promotional materials such as newsletters and social media plans.
  • Collaborate with faculty, partners, and ASAM staff on program activities.
  • Collect, clean, track, and report program data.
  • Draft CE applications and ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines.
