Job summary

ASAM seeks a Project Specialist to support federally funded educational initiatives focused on preventing and treating substance use disorders. You will serve as the customer service lead for course registration, CE certificates, LMS navigation, and inquiries, while maintaining learner content and coordinating live trainings to ensure high-quality learner experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of project coordination, with experience in customer service and familiarity

Responsibilities

• Respond to learner inquiries via email or phone; triage complicated cases to staff.

• Host live virtual events via Zoom and manage registrations.
• Manage educational content and learner engagement within the LMS.
• Draft CE applications and adhere to accreditation guidelines.
• Support special projects as assigned.
