HES Facilities Management in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a dedicated Facilities Custodial Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning operations across educational campuses. The role supervises custodians, coordinates event setups, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Strong leadership and planning skills are essential to manage schedules, payroll, and vendor relations. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years custodial experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities-related field.
• 3 years custodial work experience, 2 years supervisory.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodians and lead personnel; inspects areas to ensure standards.
• Prepares schedules, payroll, and reports; maintains supply inventory.
• Coordinates event setups and campus cleaning projects.
• Trains custodial staff and enforces safety procedures.
• Maintains records and liaises with occupants, faculty, and vendors.
