Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of custodial, housekeeping, or food service work experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks and drug screening as required.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and evaluate personnel and operations across multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs building cleaning services, events, projects, floor maintenance, and pest control.
• Uses Work Control System for scheduling and reviewing work orders; oversees weekend crews and on-call rotation.
• Assists department heads with personnel planning, hires, promotions, transfers, and evaluations; prepares related documents.
• Develops procedures for efficient operations and continuous improvement of Building Services activities.
