• Effective written and verbal communication; confidentiality.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of custodial staff and prep schedules.
• Evaluate performance and conduct disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate shift assignments and training.
• Maintain records, reports, and inventory; liaise with vendors.
• Coordinate event setup across campuses.
• Ensure staffing and standards of cleanliness.
