Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with evaluation, therapy, and ARD collaboration. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions and professional growth within a supportive team.

You will conduct evaluations, share results with families and district staff, and deliver or supervise therapy to meet IEP goals while maintaining detailed records for progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for specialized therapy services.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel through clear communication.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy or supervise SLPAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use data to guide interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions.
