Job summary

USD 305 Salina Public Schools is seeking a Data Technician at CKCIE located at Hageman Education Center in Salina. The role provides administrative and secretarial support to the CKCIE Director, ensures CKCIE records comply with financial, legal and administrative requirements, and monitors projects and program components.

You will collect and enter student data, generate timely reports for local, state and federal agencies, train staff on the special education reporting system, and collaborate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and reporting high-volume data.
• Experience in education or special education systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries for records/data from staff, parents, students, and agencies to provide information or refer for resolution.
• Compile data from multiple sources to comply with district, CKCIE, and state requirements.
• Assist teachers and CKCIE staff with timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
