Job summary

El Dorado County Office of Education invites applications for a Data Specialist (In-Person). This full-time position supports the collection, evaluation, management, and reporting of data across district systems and partners, using designated databases to maintain accurate records and produce timely reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible administrative or technical support including project management, database management, state reporting, and technology support.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience involving database management, reporting, and computer operations.
• SEIS and CALPADS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, manage, and report data under program direction.
• Enter and maintain data in computer systems and produce records and reports.
• Provide responsive and high-quality customer service to staff and partner agencies.
• Support data-related projects and help ensure data accuracy and integrity.
