Job summary

Latitude Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects for K-12 schools, colleges, and other educational facilities—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

With 5+ years of PM experience, prior educational project background, and strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site-visit leadership, you will coordinate activities on occupied

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience on educational projects such as K-12 or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up and renovation construction projects for educational facilities.
• Lead projects through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with cost controls.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities to minimize disruption on occupied campuses.
• Track progress and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation.
