Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated seeks an experienced Project Manager for Higher Education to lead planning, design, and construction of campus capital projects in the Northeast. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and university stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from concept to closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, uphold safety and quality standards, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, especially in higher education or institutional settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from planning through close-out.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and scopes; manage procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and university stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare project documentation.
