Job summary

Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties is seeking an Education and Coaching Coordinator to ensure Head Start compliance and to lead coaching, staff training, and professional development. You will supervise Instructional Coaches, support effective teaching strategies, and drive the annual self-assessment process and reporting.

Based in Texas, the role requires coordinating with program staff, conducting trainings, and traveling between sites to support centers.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of related professional experience in social services or related field.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality coaching, guided reflection, training, and technical assistance to Head Start/EO Head Start Instructional Coaches.
• Implement a research-based, coordinated coaching strategy for Instructional Coaches.
• Assess education staff to identify strengths and coaching needs; target intensive coaching where beneficial.
• Coordinate development with SRR and School Readiness Goals and Program performance goals.
• Perform management and administrative functions to ensure delivery of program objectives.
• Travel between sites to complete work, attend meetings, and professional development.
• Attend parent meetings and staff meetings as requested by Program Director.
• Serve as OWBC/Head Start representative on committees and boards.
