Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 hours in child development and 6 in management plus 1 year in licensed child-care center.
• AS degree with 6 child development hours and 6 management hours plus 2 years in a licensed center.
• Sixty college credits with 9 child development and 6 management hours and at least two years in a licensed center.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staffing for a Head Start Center.
• Oversee health and safety of children per Head Start policies and licensing.
• Review weekly lesson plans and supervise staff performance.
