• Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education which includes six or more courses in Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development.

• Conduct formal classroom observations to improve teacher performance.
• Provide guidance and support through professional development plans and coaching.
• Collaborate with instructional staff and coordinators to identify teachers needing intensive support.
• Oversee curriculum and program quality for the center.
