Job summary

Primrose Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support growth and success of early childhood teachers. You will mentor, observe classrooms, and drive development within our Primrose Balanced Learning framework.

You’ll collaborate with franchise owners, participate in teacher hiring, and help deliver onboarding experiences to ensure effective curriculum implementation across all classrooms.

Qualifications

• Passion for mentorship and training
• Experience supporting early childhood teachers
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and hiring processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure curriculum delivery
• Support the growth and onboarding of new teachers
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences
