Job summary

Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support and elevate teachers across all age groups, helping them strengthen skills and deliver joyful learning experiences. You’ll coach teachers, participate in hiring discussions, and partner with leaders to shape onboarding that welcomes new educators.

You will observe classrooms, provide practical feedback, and guide teachers in using the exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum and digital platform to enrich early childhood

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
