Primrose Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support and mentor early childhood teachers and drive the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum across classrooms. You will observe classrooms, contribute to teacher onboarding, and collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and training early childhood teachers.
• Ability to support and develop teachers within a learning culture.
• Familiar with the Balanced Learning curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and encourage teachers across classrooms and age groups.
• Participate in teacher selection and onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations to support curriculum delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding for new teachers.
• Support the use of our digital platform for curriculum delivery.
