Job summary

Primrose School of South Tampa is seeking an Education Coach to mentor early childhood teachers and drive growth within our classrooms.

You will support teachers, participate in hiring and onboarding, and collaborate with leadership to ensure the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum is delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring early childhood teachers.
• Ability to conduct classroom observations to support curriculum delivery.
• Familiarity with Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across classes with growth and development.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of teachers.
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure delivery of the curriculum.
