Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters is searching for a dedicated Education Coach to support early childhood teachers and ensure high-quality education. This role is pivotal in driving teacher development and fostering a thriving educational environment.

As an Education Coach, you’ll guide teachers utilizing our exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum and help implement effective classroom strategies. We offer competitive pay within a salary range of $40K-$45K and are looking for candidates who are passionate about shaping young minds.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or training in early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire teachers.
• Ability to mentor and support diverse groups of teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and mentorship of early childhood teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations and implement curriculum support.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding processes for new teachers.

Inspire and encourage teachers by:

• Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
• Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers
• Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
• Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Supporting the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum

Salary Range: $40K-$45K

Shift Schedule: Rotation between 6:30am-6:30pm
