Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to empower teachers and elevate early childhood learning in Richardson. You’ll mentor across age groups, model best practices, and help teachers shine within the Balanced Learning framework.

Join a supportive team and collaborate with leaders to hire passionate educators, design engaging onboarding, and provide practical feedback from classroom observations to strengthen curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
