Job summary

Primrose School of South Tampa is seeking an Education Coach to mentor and develop early childhood teachers. You will support instructional growth, participate in hiring, and collaborate with the leadership team to craft engaging onboarding experiences.

Classroom observations will guide delivery of the Balanced Learning curriculum, and you will champion the use of our digital platform to implement the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring teachers in classrooms.
• Ability to develop and deliver coaching sessions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across age groups to improve instruction.
• Participate in teacher selection and hiring processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to design onboarding for new teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure Primrose Balanced Learning is delivered.
• Support use of the digital Primrose platform for curriculum delivery.
