Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Vertical Market Business Development Manager – Education to drive growth in K-12 and Higher Education markets. This role builds long-term relationships with district leaders, facilities teams, and architects to influence specifications and procurement.

You will lead multi-year account strategies and coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project delivery to align solutions with campus needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in business development or strategic sales in building technologies.
• Experience selling to K-12 or Higher Education markets.
• Strong understanding of the construction ecosystem.
• Ability to travel locally to campuses and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vertical market growth strategy for K-12 and Higher Education.
• Build trusted relationships with district leaders, facilities, and campus security teams.
• Influence system specifications and technology standards for integrated building tech.
• Identify opportunities tied to bond and capital programs.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from qualification to contract execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, operations, and project delivery teams.
