Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a Director, Solution Security and Compliance to own strategy, governance, and delivery of customer-facing cybersecurity programs across North America. This leader will act as CSP and ensure secure architecture, compliant practices, and rapid pre-sales support across branches.

You will establish security by design, lead risk reporting, manage third-party vendor risk, and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and program managers while aligning

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or information risk management.
• Experience in physical security or building automation OT environments.
• 5+ years in director-level leadership guiding security/compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of international security standards (ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST).
• Excellent communication across branches and customer InfoSec leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own customer-facing Cyber Program for building technology solutions.
• Create security by design reviews during presales and architecture evaluations.
• Lead governance, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance across North America.
• Oversee third-party cybersecurity vendor evaluations and risk management.
• Manage client security assessments and negotiate Cybersecurity Agreements.
• Recruit and mentor security architects and program managers.
