American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales) to cover the East & North Bay. You will sell benefits, retirement, and supplemental insurance to K-12 public schools, building long-term relationships with client staff and decision-makers.

Primary responsibilities include growing existing B2B accounts, delivering needs-based recommendations, and developing tailored employee benefits packages.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts through one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized employee benefits packages through annual enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities.
• Defined territory management and required overnight travel.
