Lunetron web services is recruiting a motivated Business Development Executive to engage with prospective students remotely. The role focuses on counseling, guiding enrollment, and achieving monthly admission targets within a performance-driven environment.

The position offers a 2-month paid training with a stipend up to ₹15,000, followed by a full-time role with compensation up to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Remote work and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6–12 months of experience in business development or educational sales.
• Strong interest in education and helping students choose programs.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Contact prospective students through calls, messages, email, and social channels.
• Counsel students on training programs and career opportunities.
• Understand student goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Explain curriculum, fees, and career benefits.
• Follow up with leads and guide enrollment.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain records using CRM or MS Excel.
• Coordinate with training/operations for onboarding.
• Participate in webinars and online counseling sessions.
