Qualifications

• Board certified or registered in cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory therapy, or exercise physiology with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications and educational support for customers and sales representatives.
• Educate Technical Support staff to respond to inquiries professionally.
• Educate sales representatives and customers to operate systems efficiently.
• Develop training materials and deliver professional training on technology and quality.
• Interface with Marketing Product Managers for product validation and specifications.
• Serve as the focal point for product development issues with R&D, Support, QA, Sales and Manufacturing.
• Provide sales applications support including demonstrations and training programs.
• Submit timely written reports with recommendations and progress updates.
• Attend to other responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete training per SOPs and ensure regular attendance.
