Job summary

MGC Diagnostics in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to deliver effective pre- and post-sale support, respond to customer requests, and coordinate domestic and international system and supplies sales activities.

You will collaborate with sales teams, finance, and shipping to ensure accurate proposals, smooth order entry, and timely delivery, while maintaining excellent customer service and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in marketing, business or related area with sales support/customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sale support to international and domestic sales consultants to meet objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute system sales proposals using pre-approved formats and pricing.
• Enter and maintain customer data in Salesforce and MAX databases.
• Process inside sales orders and related requests; coordinate with finance and shipping for payments and shipments.
• Act as liaison between corporate and field sales to relay market information and product requests.
• Schedule and quote training requests; respond promptly to customer inquiries.
