Job summary

MGC Diagnostics is seeking an Education and Applications Support professional to deliver sales product demonstrations, customer education, and technical support, both in person and remotely. The role includes training staff, developing education materials, and coordinating with product managers to validate new offerings for customers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Board certified or registered cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory therapy, or exercise physiology with 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Inter-department networking and PC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications and educational support for our customers and sales representatives.
• Responsible for the education of our Technical Support staff, enabling them to respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide education to MGCD sales representatives and customers to operate their system efficiently.
• Training will be professionally taught with emphasis on our technology and quality; trainers responsible for education materials.
• Maintain interface with Marketing Product Managers to assist with validation of new products and provide specifications.
