Job summary

NCR EduServices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Global Support Associate to counsel students and parents about courses and career options, and to manage inquiries during the admissions process.

You will handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and emails, follow up to convert leads into admissions, assist with applications and documentation, and maintain CRM records to ensure a high conversion rate.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years experience in counseling / sales / customer handling.
• Excellent communication & convincing skills.

Responsibilities
