Job summary

Careerhike is seeking a sales-focused career mentor to guide prospective learners toward online or distance degree programs and manage the full enrollment lifecycle. You will conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and virtual product demos, build rapport with learners, and close admissions in a performance-driven, remote environment.

Freshers welcome; a laptop and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of sales experience (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation abilities.
• Highly disciplined, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Ability to build strong rapport with learners using patience, empathy, and trust.
• Comfortable working in a competitive, performance-oriented environment.
• Must own a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Act as a career mentor and trusted advisor for prospective learners.
• Counsel students and working professionals to help them choose online or distance degree programs.
• Explain how CareerHike can accelerate their career growth through curated online education.
• Own the entire sales lifecycle for assigned leads from first contact to final enrollment.
• Make outbound calls, follow-ups, mass campaigns, virtual product demos, and close admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM and share regular feedback with the reporting manager.
