Kelly Education is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service. You will develop local recruiting strategies, guide new talent through onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

This onsite role requires travel to client sites within the local market, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed.

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for multiple accounts and priorities.

• Experience using data, metrics, and trends to monitor performance and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and support client staffing needs.
• Guide new talent through onboarding and ensure a positive experience from offer to assignment.
• Manage ongoing employee lifecycle, including coaching, attendance, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing delivery, monitor fulfillment, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Respond to client and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Track staffing activity and trends to identify challenges and support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand Kelly Education solutions.
