Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates across channels to build a diverse pool for multiple openings.
• Assist in coordinating interview processes: scheduling, materials, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and logs.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and postings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
