Job summary

Think Academy International is seeking a US-based Recruitment & Social Media Coordinator to source candidates across platforms, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and partner with China HR. You will manage US employer branding on Instagram, create content showcasing culture and opportunities, and monitor engagement while collaborating across time zones.

Ideal candidates are active Instagram users with content creation skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and comfort

Qualifications

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, university career platforms, and other local recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and introduce candidates to our company, answering general questions about opportunities.
• Collaborate with China-based HR and hiring teams to align hiring needs and provide updates.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or Photoshop for basic content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting teachers, tutors, or education-related positions is a plus.
• Active Instagram user with understanding of content creation and social media engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.

• 8:00am - 12:00pm BJT (5pm - 9pm PT/ 8pm - 12pm ET)
• 4:00pm - 8:00pm BJT (1am - 5am PT / 4am - 8am ET)

• Collaborate closely with China-based HR and hiring teams to align hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Manage and grow Think Academy's U.S. Instagram employer branding account.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, events, and career opportunities.
• Monitor audience engagement and help improve our employer brand presence in North America.
• Utilize basic graphic and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) to create content.
• Must be currently located in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting experience is preferred.
• Experience recruiting teachers, tutors, or education-related positions is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment practices.
• Active user of Instagram with an understanding of content creation and social media engagement.
• Basic proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across U.S. and Beijing time zones.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
