Job summary

Etched in San Jose, CA is seeking a Summer internship to support interview scheduling, candidate experience and recruiter operations. This 12-week paid internship is based at our office, with housing support for those relocating, daily lunch and dinner, and direct mentorship from industry leaders and world-class engineers.

You will collaborate with recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers, use Ashby, G-Suite, Notion and Slack to solve operations challenges, and help scale a high-volume interview

Qualifications

• Previous experience in calendaring, administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack).
• Plans to graduate between May 2026 and May 2027; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews end-to-end for various hiring needs.
• Manage logistics for onsite interviews.
• Greet candidates onsite and provide a welcoming experience.
• Act as scheduling and interview planner.
• Support a seamless candidate experience and professional communication.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers.
• Use tools like Ashby, G-Suite, Notion and Slack to solve recruiter operations challenges.
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment.
