Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking an entry-level EdTech Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations across multiple learning centers in the Bay Area. This on-site, hands-on role offers growth as the company expands its centers and opportunities for leadership over time.

You will work with center managers, participate in cross-center coordination, and help with ongoing initiatives and launches. This is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for education operations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, education, tutoring centers, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Comfortable traveling between locations in the Bay Area.
• Interest in education, personalized learning, or operations.
• $25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple learning centers.
• Collaborate with center managers to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
• Assist with cross-center communication and coordination.
• Work closely with center managers through ongoing check-ins.
• Support alignment, follow-ups, and continuous improvement.
• Grow into a coaching and leadership support role over time.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
