Kod2Kids is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive demo bookings and kit sales through Google/Meta ads, SEO, and robust tracking. You will work with content creators, designers, and counselors to convert leads into enrollments.

Remote role (India) with 1–4 years in performance marketing; EdTech/D2C focus; compensation ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month based on experience. Join a fast-growing team shaping thousands of children's tech experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year running Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and basic SEO.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and simple data analysis.
• Good written English for ad copy and landing pages; Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Search/Display/YouTube and Meta campaigns for demo bookings and kit sales.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences and creatives; run A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
• Maintain Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogue feeds for the store.
• Grow organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
• Coordinate landing page improvements with the website manager.
• Monitor Search Console, GA4 and page speed.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp/lead events).
• Share weekly reports: cost per demo, cost per order, ROAS and funnel drop-offs.
• Suggest and run growth experiments with the team.
