Job summary

Magma Math is seeking a proactive educator engagement lead to build and amplify our presence among math educators. You will run regional events, manage the ambassador program, host webinars, and cultivate online communities.

You’ll work with education leaders and curriculum directors to shape instructional strategy, while traveling for events as needed. The NYC office offers a 4-day in-office policy and a collaborative mission to enhance math learning worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in edtech or K-12 education.
• Ability to write webinar invites, ambassador emails, and audience-facing communications.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple events and programs.
• Willingness to travel for events during the school year.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) for advocacy work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run regional educator events for coaches, coordinators, and curriculum directors.
• Grow and manage the ambassador program with clear exchange of value and onboarding.
• Own the digital community presence on educational platforms and social groups.
• Organize webinars and professional development sessions with Customer Success and Learning Managers.
• Identify districts willing to vouch for Magma and track references and permissions.
