Job summary

Magma Math is expanding its presence in math education, building a vibrant educator community and running events, ambassador programs, and online forums. You will craft experiences for teachers, coaches, and curriculum directors, while turning happy customers into advocates and speakers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with education leaders and policy-setting teams, travel for events, and developing a scalable community strategy that supports Magma’s mission globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in edtech or K-12 classroom settings and talk-track familiarity.
• Strong written communication; crafting webinar invites and ambassador emails.
• Project management mindset with ability to juggle many small tasks.
• Experience moderating online spaces or coordinating communities is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run regional educator and math-leader events in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success.
• Develop and expand the ambassador program with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Own the digital community presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Lead webinars and customer professional development sessions with success and learning managers.
• Identify districts willing to advocate and manage references and renewals.
