Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in EdTech or related B2B sales.
• Graduate with B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc or MBA.
• Strong pipeline management, lead generation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for customer acquisition.
• Understand school owner personas and align LEAD solutions to their needs.
• Deliver compelling product demos and academic discussions with prospects.
• Negotiate and close contracts ensuring mutual value and alignment with LEAD's mission.
• Maintain timely and accurate CRM entries for visibility and tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation campaigns.
• Stay up to date on competitor offerings, customer trends, and education industry dynamics.
• Rigorously follow and contribute to the LEAD sales process.
