Job summary

The Application Support Analyst at Vaughn College sits at the center where the college's technology meets students, faculty, and staff. You will support core systems such as SIS, learning platforms, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools, ensuring they are used effectively and securely.

Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will help identify improvements, coordinate with MSP Open Approach, and tackle complex application challenges with collaboration and rigorous problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of application support and workflow documentation.
• Hands-on IT support experience in a technology environment; education setting a plus.
• Experience configuring or administering enterprise software applications.
• Experience coordinating resolution with vendors or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 application support for SIS, learning platforms, and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Director of IT Infrastructure on enhancements and modernization.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with MSPs and vendors.
• Develop process documentation and end-user guides.
• Maintain data integrity and support system integrations.
• Document requests in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues.
