You will review EDM issues at customer facilities, create application solutions, diagnose remotely, and contribute to marketing initiatives while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong EDM application engineering background
• CAD/CAM fluency and CNC programming
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and thorough documentation habits

Responsabilités

• Review EDM application issues at customer facilities and provide solutions
• Provide fast, professional responses to customer reports and involve peers as needed
• Create and implement application solutions with hands-on testing
• Diagnose issues via telephone when remote support suffices
• Drive revenue by identifying sales opportunities and delivering demonstrations
• Design and deliver customer-specific training, including high power processing
• Document work clearly for customers and colleagues
• Contribute to applications-driven marketing initiatives to win new business
• Perform other duties as assigned
