MC Machinery seeks an EDM Process and Training Engineer to advance customer outcomes through applications expertise, training, and pre-sales demonstrations. You will work regionally, supporting North American customers as needed, with strong emphasis on hands-on testing and technical coaching.

You’ll diagnose EDM issues, deliver high-power processing training, and create customer-ready solutions while collaborating with sales and service teams. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating, programming, setting up, and developing processes for EDM machinery.
• Experience with EDM processing and high power processing demonstrations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
• CAD/CAM fluency and CNC programming ability.

Responsabilités

• Review, evaluate, and solve EDM application issues at customer facilities.
• Provide fast, professional responses to customer reports; escalate when needed.
• Create and implement application solutions with hands-on testing.
• Diagnose issues via telephone when remote support suffices.
• Deliver customer-specific training, including high power processing.
• Document work clearly and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Contribute to applications-driven marketing to help win new business.
