This role interfaces with customers, engineering teams, and shop floor operators, championing area-specific instructions and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong mathematical aptitude (fractions, percentages, ratios).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with Siemens NX and EDM equipment (Mitsubishi/Sodick).

Responsibilities

• Develop EDM parameters for new and existing projects.
• Utilize G and M Code programming knowledge for project improvements.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers by translating drawings into manufacturing operations and quality instructions.
• Provide leadership through training and sharing knowledge with others.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to meet department and company goals.
• Set up and run machines or processes per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate on-site OEM training.
• Own and explore opportunities to add value to job completion.
