Job summary

You will develop EDM parameters, apply G and M code, translate drawings into operations, and lead on-site training. Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Siemens NX.
• Experience with Mitsubishi and/or Sodick EDM.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proactive thinking and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves EDM parameters for new and existing projects.
• Applies G and M Code programming to assist with project improvement/development.
• Converts engineering drawings and specification requirements into precise manufacturing operations and quality instructions for the operators.
• Provides leadership to others through training and sharing of knowledge and skills.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
