TEKsystems is seeking an Editorial Designer & Content Curator in New York City on a hybrid basis. The role owns end-to-end content experience for a discovery platform, shaping what content is featured, maintaining standards, and managing assets from launch through early scale.

The position combines editorial judgment, content strategy, copywriting, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or curating content for high-volume editorial surfaces.
• Proven ability to write short-form product/UX copy within character limits.
• Proficiency with image editing/design tools (Photoshop, Figma).
• Ability to modify/optimize visual assets without dedicated support.
• Experience using generative AI in production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own content curation and prioritization across discovery surfaces.
• Maintain editorial calendar and rationale for content placement.
• Enforce asset quality standards and usability requirements.
• Educate external stakeholders with clear briefs and guidelines.
• Review/edit/repair visual assets for display surfaces.
• Write/edit concise user-facing copy with character limits.
• Govern AI usage in content production workflows.
