Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience supporting digital communications, content publishing, intranet management, or digital experience design.
Experience with enterprise content management systems.
Strong visual design, digital publishing, and user experience skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, publish, and maintain engaging digital experiences across the corporate Newsroom.
Collaborate with editors and writers to transform stories into visually compelling experiences.
Ensure content is accessible, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
Design and support digital experiences across the employee intranet and enterprise newsletters.
Support digital signage, employee advocacy, and future channels as needed.
Create graphics, banners, infographics, and other digital assets to enhance storytelling.
