Job summary

Discovered Labs is hiring a Content Engineer to own the internal content operation, collaborating with the co-founders on the editorial strategy and publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the website. The role emphasizes building scalable systems, raising editorial standards, and guiding employees to publish original work under their own names.

You will manage internal workflows, select high-potential ideas, and ensure all assets align with the company voice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to edit and finish others' drafts in a clear voice.
• Experience building or owning content operations across multiple channels.
• Hands-on use of AI in an inspectable professional workflow.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of founder content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and website channels.
• Move pieces through production to publishable quality with editorial oversight.
• Launch employee-generated content with clear prompts, training, and feedback.
• Raise editorial standards and ensure outputs reflect the company voice.
• Own final mile for YouTube and short-form video in collaboration with partners.
• Connect performance data to content decisions and iterative improvements.
