TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Editorial Designer & Content Curator to own the end-to-end content experience for a high-visibility discovery platform tied to a consumer hardware product.

You will determine featured content, maintain editorial standards, manage assets, write user-facing copy, and drive quality from launch through initial scale in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or curating content for high-volume editorial surfaces such as apps, content platforms, or feeds.
• Proven ability to write concise product/editorial/UX copy within strict character limits.
• Proficiency with image editing and design tools such as Photoshop or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own content curation and prioritization across discovery surfaces, including featured content areas and top recommendations.
• Establish and manage an editorial calendar with clear rationale for content placement.
• Define and enforce asset quality standards for submissions.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to improve submission quality via briefs and guidelines.
• Review or create visual assets, including image recomposition and optimization.
• Write and edit concise, user-facing copy with adherence to character limits.
• Apply governance for AI/generative tools in content workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Partner-facing teams to improve content workflows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements.
