Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Growth & Content Strategy Manager for Commerce News & Deals in New York. You will drive audience growth and revenue through SEO, analytics, and scalable content strategies, collaborating with editorial teams and platform experts.

You will develop dashboards, automate workflows, and validate performance across search, Discover, and affiliate channels, while presenting insights to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, audience development, growth strategy, digital publishing, commerce, or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to move projects from idea through execution and measurement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience with creating polished presentations in Google Slides preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, SERP behavior, and audience acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow audience, engagement, and commerce revenue across editorial environments.
• Review performance across search, Discover, apps, social channels; provide actionable analysis.
• Own and create recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting for decisions.
• Build automated workflows using n8n, Google Apps Script, APIs, Airtable, Sheets, and internal platforms.
• Connect data across systems to improve visibility into audience, content, and affiliate performance.
